Dan Butler is a co-founder of CrestCore Realty. Dan spent the first 20 years of his career in plant management and operations with Fortune 500 manufacturing companies. After eight years of working for Georgia Pacific, a subsidiary of Koch Industries, Dan left the corporate world in 2014 to work full time in real estate.

An early entrepreneur, Dan started a lawn care business in Greenville, SC at age 12 and successfully operated it for twelve years using the profits to fund his BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. Dan saw the potential for real estate investment and property management. He now personally owns over 900 units. He has been an active real estate investor since 2001, focusing on buying and managing single family homes, duplexes, and small multifamily apartment buildings.

Dan co-founded CrestCore Realty in 2012 and since its inception, the company has grown significantly. CrestCore currently manages 2,600+ properties in West TN for 700+ local, national and international investors. Since starting the property management company, Dan and his business partner, Douglas Skipworth, started a real estate brokerage and a full-service maintenance company.

Douglas Skipworth, CPA, CFA loves setting goals and making connections with people and ideas. That is his primary role at 6AM Core Collective.

Prior to 6AM, Douglas co-founded CrestCore Realty, a property management company and real estate brokerage focused on rental investors. He also co-founded the other 6AM companies, which provide services to property owners and management companies. As one of the largest clients of the 6AM companies, Douglas and his business partner Dan Butler own many single family homes, several small apartment complexes, and a few small commercial buildings.

Douglas received his Bachelor degree from Vanderbilt University and his Masters in Accountancy from Belmont University. He is an AR, MS, and TN-licensed real estate Broker, a TN-licensed Certified Public Accountant, and a Charter Financial Analyst charter holder. Outside of work, Douglas loves his family, his faith, running, reading, and tacos!

Russell joined our organization in August 2017 and has been integral to the growth and development of several of our companies. Under his leadership, opportunities for growth and expansion have been endless. He is a results-driven leader who expects a lot from his team and inspires others to excel.

Russell is a graduate of Arkansas State University with a Master of Business Administration and the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

With over a decade of success in growing high-performing teams and building high-performance cultures, he has enjoyed progressive promotions by consistently earning top ranks for performance. He is recognized as a stable and predictable leader who historically outperforms peers and fulfills promises. Russell is adept at turning around under-performing teams and leading mature teams to record levels of performance and customer loyalty. He is a competitive leader with track record of taking calculated risks, developing successful strategic plans, and delivering results.

Mike King, a finance and accounting professional with 20 plus years of experience, joined 6AM CoreCollective in February 2019 as our Vice President, Controller.

In addition to his analytical strengths, Mike excels in developing teams that support finance, supply chain, and customer relationships, which are all vital to the 6AM CoreCollective infrastructure.

A native West Tennessean, Mike is a graduate of Union University in Jackson, TN with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. When not at the office, Mike is with his wife and two children either at home, church, or scouts.

Jennifer serves as Human Resources Manager for CrestCore and CityLight. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Business Administration at Baylor University and her Master of Business Administration at the University of Memphis. She brings over 13 years of prior HR experience, having worked both in-house and in Human Resources consulting. Jennifer is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Jennifer enjoys working with people and believes that great organizations start with great people. She has experience in process improvement, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.

In her personal time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children at the lake, and volunteering in the community and at church.

Brian Bouler is an Information Technology Specialist, who provides ways to improve efficiencies, lower costs, and reduce downtime from tech-related issues.

Brian has 24 years of retail management experience in which he learned the skills necessary to reduce costs, get more done with less, and meeting ever-changing deadlines. He knows how to engage and empower his team to achieve desired results as well as using system resources to be more efficient.

Prior to coming to CrestCore, Brian helped raise money for Red Nose Day, a charity organization that raises money for children living in poverty. His effort was awarded a chance to be part of the Red Nose Day special in Las Angeles, CA. Brian volunteers at the local Ronald McDonald house where he is able to extend his passion for helping children in need to helping families in need.

Brian holds a BS in Information Technology from Western Governor's University and is working towards completing his Masters' Degree in Information Technology Management.

Former ER nurse, then stay at home mom, Stacy fell into recruiting in 2005 helping a friend who ran a hiring firm and never looked back! One of the many reasons she loves being the talent acquisition manager at 6AMCC is recruiting for the variety of industries the collective companies offer, as well as seeing the people she brought in rise in their field as we grow and expand our services. A social savant, Stacy enjoys the networking aspects of recruiting and learning everybody’s story.

A Baylor graduate, Stacy moved reluctantly with her husband’s job from Dallas to Memphis in 1987 and quickly considered Memphis her home. She has three grown children. Her passions include spending time with family and friends, volunteering for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and her church, and playing bridge.

Caleb Kendrick is an up-and-coming photographer and videographer, who provides all creative media content for all companies managed by 6AM Core Collective.

Caleb has 7 years of video production skills and an arsenal of his own equipment that have helped him on a multitude of freelance projects ranging from weddings, promotional advertisement, music videos, and other live event coverage.

Caleb holds a BS in Video/Film Production from Middle Tennessee State University and plans to someday manage his own production company.

“If there's anything worth doing, it's worth doing right.” A simple motto that Caleb lives by and upholds. He does not sacrifice quality over quantity, and we can always count on him to get the job done.
